INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We collect two types of information: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.
Personally Identifiable Information. Personally identifiable information means any information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you (“Personally Identifiable Information”). Such Personally Identifiable Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and billing and credit/debit card information. We may request Personally Identifiable Information from you when you register for an Account, sign up for a monthly subscription or contact us.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. When you simply access the Site or become a registered user of the Site, we may collect information that by itself cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information (such as age, profession or gender) (“Non-Personally Identifiable Information”). Non-Personally Identifiable Information is used to help us understand who uses the Site and to improve the Site.

Generally, we collect, store, use and disclose information to enable us to:

Uses after Account Closure. How is the Information Shared
The information we collect may be:

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The fact that our Site may contain links to third-party websites shall not be construed as an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with those third parties. We do not exercise control over third-party websites either. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from you. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.
The security of your information is important to us. We use commercially reasonable efforts to store and maintain your information in a secure environment and have implemented commercially reasonable procedures designed to limit unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your information. However, you are also responsible for helping us protect the security of your Personally Identifiable Information. For instance, never give out your password, and remember to log out of your Account when you are finished using the Site. Despite these measures, you should know that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with your information.
A cookie is a small piece of information that is sent by a website and stored on the visitor’s computer. Cookies are small files and will not pose any significant disk space concerns. Some cookies used by the Ftplectures website may remain on the user's computer after they leave the website, but most are set to expire within 30-365 days. You can disable cookies using the settings on your web browser, but doing so will prevent you from taking advantage of customization and certain security features.
We use data hosting provider(s) in the United States to store your data. The provider(s) chosen employ industry-compliant security measures to ensure data protection and up-time. Although we are committed to employing safeguards to protect user information, due to the inherent nature of online and evolving technologies, it is not possible to completely secure any/all data. We cannot guarantee that data is absolutely safe and secure from intrusion.
How long is the data stored
The duration of data storage usually depends on the type of information as indicated below. After the indicated time, the data is either deleted or archived (backed up). In cases where the data is archived, we make all efforts to continue to keep it secure until the time data is deemed safe for deletion.
Personal Information: This data is stored until the time you request to have it deleted. However, we may retain some personal information for a certain duration for us to meet certain legal and financial requirements, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and to support business operations.
Subscription data: Subscription-related data is stored until the subscription is no longer active. Once the subscription expires, the data is archived (backed up). As mentioned previously, we make all efforts to keep such data safe until it is deemed safe for deletion.
Transmission of Personal Data
The user acknowledges and agrees that by providing Ftplectures any information through the website, the user automatically consents to the transmission of such personal or proprietary user information over international borders, as necessary, for processing in accordance with Ftplectures standard business practices.
How to control your information
Update Personal Information
You can review and update your personal information along with other preferences from the “Profile” section of the website at all times (subject to availability). Upon request, we offer users the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information, unique identifiers, and transaction information. As stated, Ftplectures will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications that contain personal information transmitted directly to Ftplectures. Postings by a user on any public arena, such as a message board or in a chat room, will not and cannot be protected as confidential.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to open an Account.
If you are under 18, please do not attempt to open any such Account or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.
No one under the age of 18 may provide any personal information to the Company via the Site. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from an individual under the age of 18 without any prior parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
